Electric Winches
Electric winches allow crew to trim any size sail with the push of a button. Choices include 1, 2-, and 3-speeds, in self-tailing, shaped or sandblasted grips, standard or wide drums. Available in aluminum, chrome, aluminum/stainless, stainless steel, or bronze, in 12- or 24-volt.
Each electric winch requires one control box, one circuit breaker, and two analog switches or one Digital System Switch. All new electric Radial and Performa electric winches are supplied with the appropriate dual-function control box. For replacement or retrofit control boxes, contact Harken.

Electric Radial Winches
Harken Radial Line winches have successfully balanced the need for a secure grip and line longevity with smooth, controlled easing while under load. Details sailors will appreciate: smaller winches that carry higher loads and stress-free seasonal maintenance.
Energy-efficient motors accomplish more work per unit of electricity consumed. Motors attach to central drive shaft and drive through winch gears for two-speed mechanical advantage.

Performa Racing
Harken Performa winches combine the high-efficiency of the Radial line with the sandblasted grip of Harken carbon-fiber racing winches for powerful hybrids. Optimized to handle the high-strength line used on sportboats and performance cruisers, Performa winches are a great solution for crew who don’t wish to invest in carbon winches or who need racing winches in smaller sizes.
