​We can make any Spiratube length to order up to 10 mtrs. Diameters vary from 80 mm to 1800 mm.
Spiratube features plain end cuffs making connections leak free and convenient.
Spiratube can be easily supported and guided using attached eyelets and tabs, and quick, no-tools joining of lengths.
The Spiratube range can handle anything from liquids to air handling.

​TPR (Thermoplastic Rubber) Vulcano 
​
Colour: Black
Working Temperature:   - 50 °C  to  + 90 °C
Features: Flexible duct made of extruded thermoplastic rubber, reinforced with a galvanised steel spiral. Resistant to high temperature, chemicals, abrasion and good UV resistance.
Applications: Suction and discharge of air and air-carried solids in medium-duty industrial applications.

Features:  Flexible ducting PP/EPDM,  fabric reinforced with a zinc plated steel spiral.  Light and flexible, resistant to high temperatures and chemicals. 
Applications:  Suction and discharge of abrasive powders, fumes, shavings, vapours in high temperature industrial applications.

Colour: Very clear with coppered steel spiral. 
Working Temperature:   - 40 °C  to  + 90 °C
Features: Clear with a copper coated steel wire. This ducting has a high resistance to abrasion, 5 times superior to that of PVC. Lightweight and extremely flexible.
Applications: Suction and discharge of abrasive powders, fumes, shavings, vapours in heavy-duty industrial applications.
